All visitors to our Site may browse the Site without registering for our Services. To use our App, however, you must provide your email address. If you choose not to share your location information with us, you will not be able to post or view Content in our App.

If you connect with us through Facebook, we will have access to certain information from Facebook, including your user ID, name, picture, gender, and locale. We will also have access to your list of friends and any other information you make publicly available on your Facebook profile. If you connect with us through Twitter, we will have access to all information provided by the Twitter access API.

Vett Local Users: Content that you post may be shared with all other users. Users can freely share any Vett Local content, regardless of who posted it, through our App or third-party sites like Facebook or Twitter. We do not identify you by name or contact information to other Vett Local users; however, we cannot prevent others from determining your identity from the content you post or how you share content through third-party websites.
Your Friends: You can choose to “Share Vett Local” by inviting contacts via email, text, or other means. You choose which contacts to invite and when to invite them. If you invite a contact, we will generate a message with the Vett Local download URL included, which you can choose to send via your mobile device.
Friends and Followers: If you choose to share your information on another social media platforms, such as Instagram, Twitter or Facebook, we will share your information with that platform.
Affiliates: We may disclose your information to our affiliates or subsidiaries for research, marketing, and other purposes consistent with this Policy.
Service Providers: We may disclose your information to our vendors, service providers, agents, or others who perform functions on our behalf.
Business Transfers: We may transfer your information to another entity if we are acquired by or merged with another company, if substantially all of our assets are transferred to another company, or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding.
In Response to Legal Process: We may disclose your information in order to comply with the law, a judicial proceeding, subpoena, court order, or other legal process.
Aggregate and De-Identified Information: We may also share aggregate or de-identified information about users with third parties for marketing, advertising, research, or similar purposes.
Do Not Track. Our Site does not respond to Do Not Track signals, but we do not track your activities once you leave our Site. You may, however, disable certain tracking as discussed in this section (e.g., by disabling cookies).
Clear GIFs, pixel tags and other technologies. Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on your computer’s hard drive, clear GIFs are embedded invisibly on web pages. We may use clear GIFs (also known as web beacons, web bugs or pixel tags), in connection with our Site to, among other things, track the activities of Site visitors, help us manage content and compile statistics about Site usage. We or our service providers may also use clear GIFs in HTML emails to our customers to help us track email response rates, identify when our emails are viewed and track whether our emails are forwarded.
We may display ads to you, on our Site and in our App, and we may target those ads based on your location, your Vett Local activities, and other factors.
Our Services are designed for you to post your Content viewable by all users. You cannot control who views your content. If you don’t want to share something publically then do not post it. The Content you post may be shared with and viewable by others, and we cannot prevent such information from being used in a manner that may violate this Policy, the law or your personal privacy.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. Any access to and use of such linked websites is not governed by this Policy, but instead is governed by the privacy policies of those third-party websites. We are not responsible for the information practices of such third-party websites.
We have taken steps to help protect the personal information we collect. Please be aware that no data security measures can guarantee 100% security.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. If You are under 18, please do not attempt to register for the Vett Local Service or send any information about Yourself to Us, including Your name, address, telephone number, or email address. If We learn that We have collected personal information from anyone under age 18, We will endeavor to delete that information as quickly as possible.
